reading is a fantastic tool to help students learn the music they love.
We choose from a variety of curriculums to teach note-reading, including
Alfred, Faber, Helen Marlais, Hal Leonard, and Bastien. Each student is
assessed and then assigned a curriculum that best suits him / her. We

As students grow in their understanding of theory, their ability to play

memorization, and even verbal exercises. Young students have books that
include games, puzzles, and fun activities.
opportunities help students gain the confidence they need in order to pursue

stress proper technique with all our students. Youngsters begin with
simple exercises while intermediate and advanced students work on building
speed, dexterity, and fluidity in their playing.
